Nathan Lowe
Managing Director
Nathan is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record of starting and building companies some of which have already achieved successful exits. With a passion for innovation and a keen eye for market opportunities, Nathan has focussed on construction and manufacturing sectors.
Nathan’s entrepreneurial journey began prior to graduating from university, where he earned a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Queensland in Australia. Armed with a wealth of experience in construction gained from within the family business, his vision to disrupt industries and a relentless drive to succeed, Nathan founded his first business specialising in the manufacture of pre-cast concrete using various technologies. Through sheer determination and perseverance, he transformed his idea into a thriving business, which was later acquired by a leading construction company.
Since then, Nathan has continued to launch and scale successful ventures across various sectors, including manufacturing, e-commerce, and construction. His ability to identify market gaps, assemble talented teams, and execute strategic growth initiatives has been instrumental in his success.
Nathan’s entrepreneurial expertise extends beyond founding companies; he is also adept at navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions. He has played a pivotal role in negotiating and closing deals that have delivered significant wins for all stakeholders.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Nathan is passionate about mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of innovators. He actively participates in start-up businesses, where he provides guidance and support to early-stage founders.
Outside of acquiring and building businesses, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and their three young kids – Zachie 7, Millie 4 and Jasper 2. With children of these ages, they are very much kept very busy and enjoy taking the kids on adventures into London or out into the Kent countryside.

Gillian Anderson
Integration Director and Chief People Officer
Gillian serves as our Integration Director and Chief People Officer. She has responsibility for pre- and post-acquisition integration, with a particular emphasis on people and human dynamics. She focuses on ensuring smooth transitions during business ownership changes with minimal disruption to teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Gillian is currently working with Nathan and Mike as well as our development team to define the requirements to ensure the new platform will deliver the functionality that will revolutionise the way business owners progress through the acquisition journey.
With over 25 years of experience in business process redesign (BPR), human behaviour, change management, business strategy, and complex project delivery, she has a track record of enhancing business performance and growth.
Her entire career has been focused on business transformation, backed by her certification as a PMI Project Manager and a diploma in Business Management. More recently, Gillian is becoming certified in AI consulting, data science, and AI implementation, which complements her extensive operational skill sets.
Gillian’s professional journey includes extensive international experience, having lived on five continents and worked for organisations in over forty countries.
Since 2005, she and her husband have run their consulting and property businesses in both Australia and the UK. In her consulting role, Gillian has led projects with budgets of up to £150 million, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to success.
Her extensive global experience and keen insight into organisational dynamics make Gillian an invaluable asset to our team, guiding our businesses towards continued growth and success.
Gillian and her husband Steve love history are avid members of English Heritage and Royal Palaces, which they visit often. They also have a blended family of six adult children and a stable full of grandchildren they regularly keep in touch with, travelling all over the globe to see them.

Mike Couzens
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.
Mike has extensive experience in acquisitions and business sales. This experience includes the acquisition of a leading playground equipment manufacturer and installer, the sale of a major London motor factoring business to aEuropean motor parts group, the sale of an equity stake in Majadahonda Hospital in Madrid and the sale of an infrastructure fund and asset management business.
He has been a finance and commercial director in a number of small and medium sized business including manufacturing and health and beauty.
Mike’s approach to business acquisitions is characterised by his hands-on involvement and his commitment to driving efficiencies and growth in each acquired company. Mike has won numerous tendering opportunities across infrastructure, transport and the telecoms sectors increasing revenue substantially and growing the workforce.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Mike enjoys travelling, skiing, fitness and spending time with his family.
